天氣好熱好熱

渡過處暑(農曆八月廿三日、廿四日)，意味著秋季已到，可是暑氣仍然未除。晚上溫度 33 度，下午走過行人天橋，感覺就像是在焗爐上走過，一陣陣暑熱從地上蒸發。

一連兩晚陪祖母到七號球場看潮州大戲。孟蘭盛會小學時去過一、兩次，吃過冰凍馬蹄，就沒有再看。後來在大學上文化課，去實地考察，才了解到甚麼是神功戲，開始對這個中國傳統有點興趣。

今晚是最後一場，上演故事「荒山產真龍」。講述奸臣謀朝篡位，皇后落難，太子在荒間誔生，被人收養，十六年後與當今皇上有一面之綠，後來與父母重逢得悉真相，開始舖排復位之路。

11:30pm 有幸看到八仙賀壽(例戲)及送神儀式。

有工返

有工返，沒打 blog，是 Temp job。上星期四開始返工，時薪加 OT，撈住先。

第一次做 Garment，甚麼都不會，Filing file 錯，Knit / Woven 不會分，流程更加不了解，對住個 system 邊入資料邊懷疑有無做錯，好采無事。第二日返工已經做到 8:00pm。

幸好同事有耐性，百忙之中抽時間教我，學到很多東西。

經過兩次拒絕了與同事們一起吃午飯後，與同事的關係差了。始終與他們沒有話題，太靜，所以選擇自己食。

今早十點半到 One Kowloon job interview，做 writing test (20mins), computer test (20mins), inteview (~30mins)

writing test 亂作一通，computer test 難不到我，interview HR 好 nice，雖然我說話時有點緊張、口窒，但佢依然耐心聽我講，問既都係大路 questions，我回答時還是做回自己，有果句答果句。雖然是 Temp，職位只得一個，人工亦不高(低)，但那是一間大公司，做住先也好。

看來我要擺脫電腦人的形象。

今晚專誠去買 Dry T-shirt ($79 平過大牌子好多)，聽網友說 Dry T 有吸汗作用，跑步時會比較舒適。家中有兩件白 T-shirt 已經給我穿黃著殘了，有點浪費，幸好都是平價貨。

買回來後，已經急不及待換上新衣去跑步。今晚路線：荃灣西站柏麗灣碼頭 -> 汀蘭居 -> 荃灣西站柏麗灣碼頭 -> 海濱花園海雅閣對出

經 google 計算後，跑程如下：
荃灣西站柏麗灣碼頭 至 汀蘭居
1.54 英里 / 2.48 公里
荃灣西站柏麗灣碼頭 至 海雅閣對出
2274.11英呎 / 693米
即跑了 2.48 x 2 + 0.693公里 = 5.653 公里 (目標不計時至少跑 5k, 達標！)

今晚為了解決脫水現像，事前至少喝了 1 litres 水，跑之前又喝了一些，跑後再沒有感到口乾。唯未習慣喝飽後跑步，開始時有點吃力，至中途才順一點。穿了 Dry T 後，的確對吸汗有幫肋，走路時大部份汗都被吸收，跑完後整件衫都濕透，但不像穿普通 T-shirt 般焗。

另外，Monday 有 Job Interview，雖然是 Temp Job，但那是一間大公司，希望 in 得成，搵返少許錢。

先來 1.76 * 2 = 3.52km, spent 20mins


再來 2.35 * 2 = 4.7km, spent 40mins


第一次跑街 + 計時，比跑運動場富有趣味，不用重覆跑圈，但難以控制速度，因不知道跑了多少距離、花了多少時間。
First run 感覺狀態不錯的，20mins 完成不過不失，感覺跑了很短時間似的。Second run 氣道不適(好多胃氣)，體力下降，40mins 是慢了，不竟少跑 5k，要好好練習才行。

酷熱的一天

在 34.6 度的酷熱天氣下，天空上盡是一片煙霞，連一點風也沒有，宜到有冷氣的地方避暑。

今早去磅重，很高興看到重了兩磅 (倒不會是吃了早餐的原故吧!)，邁向 130lbs 只差 5 磅，關鍵是突破 126lbs 這個史前高位！
