My sport shorts has been accompanied me for several years. No matter I was lonely, unemployed, unhappy, each time when I went for a walk or did physical exercises, I wore it. It's really my loyal friend who never left me alone. But it's torn today when I did warm up without caution.

This is our last 10k + push up. Thanks for you accompanied my growth for the past five years.




After jogging 10k + push up, I went to Wellcome to buy a drink. Because I forgot to bring my coin pouch, I used my credit card to settle the payment. Finally, I bought a can of Ginger Beer for "free" as deducted the HASE CASH$ from my credit card, which is going to due on 11/2010. So happy with the "free drink".
